Staying in Avalon

Our flight to Los Angeles was very convenient - we arrived at the airport LA in the morning and managed to catch the large boat directed to Catalina Island. The boat was crowded when we stepped on the board. I think many people like watching marine life and hiking adventures on the island. The island is located 23 miles from Los Angeles - it is really close to the coast. However, travelers can have chance to rent expensive hotels, cozy Bed and Breakfast Inns or homes for staying in. Everything is arranged for having a good rest. In the cruise on board the boat we got acquainted with many amazing young men and women who were anticipating for seeing the island. Majority have binoculars to watch birds soaring over the ocean, parachutes and beautiful yachts. My sister was very impatient and said all the time that the boat is moving too slow - she even came up to the captain and asked him to speed a little. Everyone kept her side.

When we reached our destination, we were very excited - it was a miracle place in the world. There were lots of different things in this cruise that could do on the island. Avalon is a wonderful city for relaxation - fishing, diving, canoeing and so on and so forth. We rented a small house that has all modern conveniences - kitchen, two bath rooms and even a device for grilling chicken or beef steak - the choice depends on your taste.
